By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the posted shipping, return, personalization, and privacy policies.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment, shipping charges, and applicable sales tax are processed through Square. An order is accepted after payment is completed and an order confirmation is issued. AJ Michel may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing, inventory, fraud, technical, or personalization errors.

Preorders

Orders begin shipping September 23, 2026. This date is an expected start of fulfillment, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, carrier, weather, supply, or other delays may occur. Material changes will be communicated using the contact information provided with the order.

Personalization

Gold-foil monograms cost $8 and are limited to up to three initials. Customers are responsible for entering initials correctly. Personalized products are final sale except where AJ Michel made the personalization error or the product arrived damaged or defective. Minor variations in foil, spacing, placement, texture, and color are not defects.

Intellectual property

AJ Michel names, journal concepts, text, photographs, graphics, branding, layouts, product designs, and other website content are owned by or licensed to AJ Michel and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Permitted use

You may use this site only for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape content, or misuse forms or checkout links.

Disclaimers and liability

Faith-based content is provided for reflection and encouragement and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Michel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
