Return window

Contact AJ Michel within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Eligible products must be unused, unmarked, and in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized products

Custom, personalized, and gold-foil monogrammed products are final sale and nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or personalized incorrectly by AJ Michel.

Monogram requirements

Gold-foil monograms are $8 and limited to up to three initials. Customers must verify spelling and order before payment. Initials will be produced as entered. Minor variations in foil coverage, alignment, spacing, texture, and color are natural characteristics of personalization and are not considered defects.

Nonreturnable items

Final-sale items, used or marked journals, personalized items, gift cards, digital products, and items returned without authorization are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email custom@ajmichel.com with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved remedies may include replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After AJ Michel processes a refund, the financial institution may require additional business days for it to appear.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to an AJ Michel error or verified defect, original shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
